We include two nights bed and breakfast accommodation, but you will have to pay for other food and incidental expenses. All we require is that you agree to give us some of your time in order for CLC Estates to present our freehold ownership opportunities. Our inspection visits are in great demand and as we mentioned we offer these at discounted rates so regrettably if you do not go on your tour CLC Estates reserves the right to charge you the full rate for the trip. |
